Logan Evans will start for the Seattle Mariners on Wednesday at Rate Field against Miguel Vargas and the Chicago White Sox. First pitch is at 2:10 p.m. ET for the final game of a three-game series.

After a lengthy rain delay to start the game, the Mariners are held to just four hits and fall to the White Sox 1-0 on a chilly night in Chicago, snapping a four-game win streak.

The lone run came off the bat of Chicago right fielder Joshua Palacios, who drove in it in via a RBI single. This game was also highlighted by the valiant pitching performance of the newly-signed pitcher Adrian Houser.
