A woman was killed and another was injured after being mauled by dogs near a San Bernardino park on Thursday, July 31, police said. Officers responded to reports of a dog attack in the area of Pacific Street and Perris Hill Park Road, near Perris Hill Park, around 5 p.m., Capt. Nelson Carrington of the San Bernardino Police Department said.
