Consulting firms in India are expanding their advisory networks by onboarding former CEOs, bureaucrats, and regulators.

The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) has urged for over-the-top (OTT) communication services to be regulated, citing security vulnerabilities.

The DoT confirmed that the draft is now open for public consultation, with feedback due within 21 days from July 23.
