Astronomer CEO Andy Byron has resigned after a Coldplay concert "kiss cam" appeared to catch him canoodling with his firm's HR officer, Kristin Cabot.

Chris Martin, who is one of the most private musicians in Hollywood, may have accidentally exposed an office affair. Coldplay’s concert in Foxborough, MA, on July 16 quickly turned from a music event into a Bravo TV reality show.

Astronomer's interim CEO Pete DeJoy said in an update that the startup had "received a level of media attention that few companies" ever encounter.
