I am trying to apply a filter on iteration and area paths for migration. I have tried filter combinations as described in the documentation, but none of them seem to work. My filter is never applied.

Azure Devops already has the ability for teams to make templates and share links to those templates but it would be ideal if when using the MCP server to create a ticket it can start from a template.
