NFL owners voted on Tuesday to allow players in the league to participate in the flag football competition at the upcoming 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

The resolution indicates the 32 clubs will allow up to one of their players to play on each country’s team. The NFL’s international pathway players will also be allowed to participate without restriction.
No more than one player per NFL club would be permitted. Olympic rosters will be selected by the national committee for each country.
