Open your HTML page on your blog or website, or by using your favorite HTML editor. Place the cursor where you want the spreadsheet to appear and press "Ctrl-V" on the keyboard to paste it there.

Whichever method you use to create the table, Excel will open a new worksheet with the table in it. If you like, you can copy it into the original data sheet as I did in the screenshot.
