Her name is May Pang, and if you’re a student of The Beatles, you probably know her name. May Pang was John Lennon’s lover for 18 months, from 1973 to 1975.
Pang tells her version of what happened in "The Lost Weekend," which is billed as a love story. Her tale begins in NYC, continues in LA, and then ends more than 18 months later in Manhattan.
In 1973, John Lennon began a relationship with his assistant, May Pang. His marriage to Yoko Ono had been on rocky terrain for some time, and she suggested they take a break.
