A recall of two sweetener products after a mislabeling error has been issued the second-highest risk warning by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).NuNaturals, Inc., based in Eugene, Oregon, initiated a voluntary recall for select lots of its Organic Pure Stevia and Pure Monk Fruit Sweetener on July 14.

Missouri-based food company Bunge North America has recalled 64,800 pounds - the equivalent of 1,800 cases - of its NH European Style Butter Blend due to undeclared milk allergens. According to a public health notice from the FDA, Bunge distributed the butter to 12 centers located across the United States and one in the Dominican Republic.
