Osbourne, who couldn’t walk on his own anymore, sat in a black leather chair. He sang five songs solo, and was then accompanied by his former bandmates Tony Iommi, Bill Ward and Geezer Butler for four final Black Sabbath tunes.

The city of Birmingham announced that Ozzy Osbourne — who died at 76 on Tuesday, July 22 — will be honored with a funeral procession in his hometown on Wednesday, July 30. The Black Sabbath frontman died two weeks after his final performance.

Osbourne died at the age of 76 on July 22, after years of battling complications of Parkinson’s Disease. His death also came just two weeks after he performed his final show with his Black Sabbath bandmates, in what was their first reunion in several years.
