If you've lost the SIM ejector tool that comes with the iPhone, you can still open the iPhone SIM tray with some workarounds. Here's how.

Step 2: Find the SIM ejector tool in the Galaxy Note 8 retail box. Step 3: Push the ejector tool into the small hole on top of the device beside the SIM/microSD card tray.

Push the pin in, the tray should pop out and you can load the needed card into the tray. The tray closest to the power button is for your network SIM card from your wireless carrier.

Activating an eSIM is easier than inserting a physical SIM card. With a physical SIM card, you need a sim ejector pin to open the sim tray slot in your phone.
