Click the Photoshop document and type the text. You can also double-click a text layer in the Layers pane, which highlights the text, and then use the font-size selector to increase the font size.

Enter the percent you want to increase (or decrease) the font by in the "Scale" field. Any number over 100 increases the font size, while any number under 100 decreases it.
