Sophie Cunningham has not been shy this season. That remained true when she quote tweeted a video of her being elbowed in the head in Tuesday's game against the Sun.

The 2025 WNBA All-Star Game is scheduled for Saturday, July 19 at Indiana's Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home of the Fever. The full pool of players in this year's game was announced last week, and captains Caitlin Clark and Napheesa Collier subsequently drafted their squads for the game.

The Indiana Fever guard caught an elbow to the head in their Tuesday contest against the Connecticut Sun. The Fever were playing defense, and Cunningham was following Leïla Lacan. Unfortunately for her, Olivia Nelson-Ododa swung her right arm, and her elbow hit Cunningham in the head, which caused her to fall to the ground momentarily.
