The commotion? Brandon Inge, former Detroit Tigers all-star third baseman, took the helm for the Kalamazoo Growlers as head coach for their rivalry game against the Battle Creek Battle Jacks on Thursday, July 10. During his one-day contract, Inge set the lineup, coached third base and brought a little majors magic to the Northwoods League.
