Ruben Amorim has urged Manchester United fans to change the atmosphere at Old Trafford amid claims players are being affected by nervous energy in the stands.

Amorim has changed United's pre-match routine for home games and they will no longer arrive at Old Trafford four hours before kick-off, a measure introduced by Erik ten Hag in 2022. The players will instead maximise the facilities at United's new £50million hub at Carrington that opened last week.
